Preparing For Japan Visa

Konichiwa!

I have already completed my Japan trip last February and I would like to share my experience and some tips in getting a Japanese Tourist Visa before I forgot all of these things.

Just to share with you guys, I have been dreaming of Japan since I was 20 years old. I want to see Mt. Fuji, Sakura (Cherry Blossoms) and snow. Then come 2016, I have read that there is a Mabuhay Miles sale for Philippine Airlines at 50% off (Tokyo, Japan is at 29,000 miles round trip – 50% I only used 14500 miles) and a fee of Php5,245.00 for taxes and airport fees. I also saw a travel fair wherein I bought a Visa Application at UHI for Php500.00 only. I am such a winner right?

Requirements that I have submitted but of course it still depends if you have Guarantor, you may want to check the UHI Website below:

  • Philippine Passport
    1. Valid 6 months prior to travel date
    2. Must have signature and at least 2 blank pages
  • Visa Form A4 Size (This can be downloaded in the internet)
    1. NO ERASURES!
  • Photo
    1. 5cmx4.5cm white background
  • Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate (if married)
    1. NSO Original and must be readable
    2. Should be issued WITHIN 1 YEAR
  • Daily Schedule in Japan – you can draft this. There are many samples in the internet. See my sample below. This is just a mock itinerary and hotel booking J
  • Personal Bank Certificate (Original and at least 2 mos upon issuance)
    1. Life Tip: Just a small range will do. Amount that will suffice your days of stay in Japan. Sometimes there are stories that they deny because of huge amount. (but still it depends)
  • Income Tax Return
    1. Original and Photocopy
  • Others:
    1. I have included our ticket (but it doesn’t necessary that you have a ticket when you apply)
    2. Mock Hotel Booking (I canceled it after the visa was approved since we rented through AirBnb)

How many days I have waited? 1 day J I am lucky enough to receive it very fast. They will text and email you when your Visa is ready for pick up but they won’t tell the result. So good luck!

Comment about their service? They have a nice and fast process in applying and they would check your requirements thoroughly. They have text and email services and would even text each and every hour to have your passport picked up J

Wedding Gown Sad Experience

I know almost everyone of us really have a dream wedding. I had too! and I wanted to share my stressful experience regarding my wedding gown supplier.

I have learned a lot from this experience. To start with, we planned our wedding since December 2013. We picked the date 12.13.14 because we really find it cute and fun! Plus the sequence. lol! 🙂

I think I’ll be posting another blog for my wedding prep but here what I wanted to share is my Wedding Gown Supplier. My mom always had her gown made in Divisoria because it’s cheaper. I told her to find that tailor since she is trusted and her works are fantastic. Last June, we tried to find that supplier in Divisoria but my mom lost her contact card so we were finding “Cathy” for almost 3 hours. I was really tired because I just gave birth last March 2014. Then I tried to call my friend who will be having her wedding on November (she told me that she got a wedding gown supplier and the price is cheaper than others). My friend gave me information about that tailor and I called her. And that’s the start of my stressful experience regarding the wedding gown.

Third Trimester Pregnancy

Pregnancy Week 27-36
Last trimester of waiting. Here comes the time when sleep is deprived and a preggo became insomniac. We enjoyed each other while waiting for baby. Hubby and I always watch action movies in Cinemas. We go to Greenbelt, Cash and Carry and Glorietta to watch new movies. Since I am so sickly, medicines are always there as I’ve said on my previous blog. I sooo hate medicines.

Second Trimester Pregnancy

Pregnancy Week 14-26
So they say all of morning sickness ended when second trimester begins. Luckily, I haven’t experience much of that morning sickness but, some in some instance I need to have my breast examined because I had found a mass. I did have my check up last November 5, 2013 (Weight: 117.8 lbs, gained 3.2 lbs). I had breast ultrasound the next day and they found out that the mass is benign. Meaning, no sign of anything serious.. hay!! God is good! I started Iberet Folic, Calciumade and Obimin.

First Trimester Pregnancy

It feels so surreal when I found out that I’m pregnant! =) It’s been years since I wanted to have one and it was August 25, 2013 when I had pregnancy test through a kit. The result was “=” yey!It took just 5 seconds to appear =. Too bad I haven’t had a picture of that.

I would like to share my story to you on what happened and some expenses we I occurred because I was like searching on how much will it cost to have this ultrasound or cost to have whatsoever. My pregnancy was not that smooth pregnancy. I had lots of sickness that time.
